Wandered into to this.placr while taking a walk in Santaigo because it gives a local hangout vibe, as opposed to the touristy ones in the old town. Very glad I went in. Loved the local vibe,.the good coffee, and the friendly coffee server. I also witnessed that he asked a customer why when he saw that they didn't not finish a pastry item they ordered, and this feels so rare these days, and he liztened to them and waived the charges as well. Wishing more cages, eateries and businesses operate like this.

Fui recomendado por un conocido de Santa Pola. Cuñado del camarero y hermano de la cocinera. Gente muy maja. Se portaron excelente conmigo y con mi familia. Además me ayudaron para ir a comer pulpo

What a great little place! Just a 5 minute walk out of the main hub-bub of central Santiago and you find this little cafe. Clearly very popular with locals. In the hour I was there they must have turned each table twice. Professionals, retirees and students alike…. Great food! Excellent service and fantastic prices. Just walk a little further people…. Oh and there’s a good outdoor gear shop close by. It was the main reason I came out this way but wondered why this place was so packed. Now I know!

Really good coffee. I do prefer 3rd wave coffee and been ho hum with coffee in Spain. But coffee here is pretty good. Service fantastic and friendly. Had a hamburger which was very tasty. Recommend a stop here for a final stop along the Camino.
